What is the change?

Starting May 1, 2017, we will no longer be offering the Pay As You Go plan ($5.99 for 10 document credits) on SignEasy for iOS in United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and South Africa.

Moving forward, SignEasy iOS users in the above-mentioned geographies will only be able to purchase one of our subscription plans, starting at $9.99/month, billed annually. 

With this change, please note:

  • the existing Pay As You Go document credits will not be affected in any way. You can use these document credits whenever you need to sign a document in the future, even after May 1, 2017.

  • you can continue purchasing additional Pay As You Go document credits until April 30, 2017.
  • we’ve added 10 free document credits to the account of the affected users to help them get through their immediate signature needs.

Why this change?

  • What we have learnt is that individuals and businesses of all sizes have found SignEasy to be delivering the maximum value with all the features mentioned above - precisely the reason why we built them in the first place. Supporting a one-off usage plan has become unsustainable for the efforts required to build more of these features. To meet our customer expectations without sacrificing our commitment to quality, we can no longer support the Pay As You Go plan. 

What to do next?

This change will not impact the current Pay As You Go document credits in any way. We have also added 3 free document credits to the account of the impacted users so that they can address their upcoming needs.
