As of July 18, the SignEasy plan names are changing. Here is some background on these changes and what you can expect going forward.


  • Why did the name of my SignEasy plan change?


        Over the past few years, we’ve made a lot of changes and updates to our app. Based on those changes and feedback we received, we felt the need to rename our current pricing plans in order to make it easier for you to select the most suitable plan according to your requirements.


  • How will this affect my account?


        The pricing or features for current or new users will not be affected in any terms by this change. They will remain the same as before.


  • What are the new plan names?


        Standard (formerly Pro) - Great for individuals and professionals who need in-person signatures with a few extra features and options


        Plus (formerly Business) - Great for business users who need additional features like remote signing, multiple signers, and the Standard features

    

        Premium (formerly Business Plus) - Great for teams and small businesses who need all of the Standard and Plus features with some awesome extras like integrations, custom branding, and more


  • I saw an announcement about the plan name change but I don’t see any changes reflected in my account.


        We are gradually rolling out changes to all users over the next few days. You should be able to see the changes in your account soon.
