How do I change my password?

If you'd like to change the password for your SignEasy account, you can do that from the Web app as well. 

Click Profile to open your account information and settings.

Under the Account Overview tab, scroll down to see the Change Password section. 

Enter your old password for confirmation, then enter the new password you'd like to use. 

Click Save Changes, and you're done!


You can immediately use this new password to log in, and the change will also be reflected on the mobile app. 

How can I recover a forgotten password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset link by going here. We'll send you a link to set a new password for your account. Note that this link will only be valid for 24 hours.
